The India VIX (Volatility) index is down 10.69% to 23.80. Vedanta, Tata Steel, Bhel, Hindalco, HDFC, Axis Bank, Tata Motors, Bhel and Maruti Suzuki are among the gainers, whereas Lupin and Hero MotoCorp are losing sheen on BSE.
