On Independence Day, farmers in Punjab and Haryana organized tractor marches to urge the government for a legal guarantee on Minimum Support Price (MSP) for crops. The protests, led by Samyukt Kisan Morcha and Kisan Mazdoor Morcha, aimed to bring attention to farmers’ grievances over crop prices and extend their ‘Delhi Chalo’ campaign.
