Not at all trying to do any further than to try and help you remember, and more so for other members who may come across these thoughts, so they can bet better, thus quoting how even somewhat decent investors (like yourself) get it wrong.
This is a lesson for you, and a learning for me.
First see the CAGR in stock price, then see the depreciation of the INR, which is almost guaranteed, past, present and future. INR will always depreciate, don’t get emotional, sentimental, or passionate. Just see the history of the INR. So, I will humbly beg, please get rational.
If we hold ideological beliefs, there are forums for that, but for the one’s interested in CAGR, Sir, please accept facts, we will all do better!
PS: You probably did better than me in CAGR since then, this is just a post on a bet that people should not take, eyes blindfolded.
Bet with eyes and ears wide, wide open, without any ideology.
