Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray opposed a Bombay High Court order but said the MVA had canceled its proposed Maharashtra bandh on Saturday in response to a sexual abuse case in Thane. Instead, opposition members will protest with black bands tied around their mouths across the state.
