Awfis has signed a significant Managed Aggregation deal with Nyati Group, adding 3 lakh square feet of Grade-A workspace to its portfolio in Pune. This expansion brings Awfis’s total managed workspace with Nyati Group to half a million square feet, enhancing its presence in Pune’s business ecosystem. The new spaces will be located in Nyati Group’s prime properties, Nyati Empress in Viman Nagar and Nyati Enthral in Kharadi, catering to the growing demand for premium flexible workspaces driven by Pune’s expanding startup ecosystem and influx of multinational companies.
