Premier Energies’ IPO was highly successful, with a 74-times subscription rate, primarily due to strong non-institutional investor interest. The company will use the proceeds to invest in its subsidiary, Premier Energies Global, to partly fund a 4 GW Solar PV TOPCon Cell and Module manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.
