I ordered a laptop from NewJaisa last year, and the experience was disappointing. The first laptop they sent was faulty, with the screen coming off, indicating that no quality check was done. I had trouble reaching customer care, and they couldn’t locate my order, which was just a 4-digit number. After I reported the issue, customer care seemed unsure of how to proceed, and I received no follow-up with a solution. Even after I reached out to the CFO on LinkedIn, progress was slow. Eventually, they replaced the laptop, but now the screen is acting up again. I’ll need to report this issue to them since I believe there’s a 1-year warranty. I’ll keep you updated on what happens next.
Overall I did not have a good experience.
