The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party benefited from illicit funds generated through a criminal conspiracy in the Excise Policy case. The CBI claims Arvind Kejriwal, as the National Convenor of AAP, is responsible. The funds were allegedly used for election expenses in the Goa Assembly Elections 2022.
