In second hand laptop market all the brands has average ratings you will hardly find any brand with 4+ ratings ( if user base is low, in that case you may find) .
What I feel they need to open few more store. I visited their store in bangalore twice and spent more than half an hour both the time but i didn’t see any other customers. I was the only one.
Do anyone know the sales breakup from online & offline mode.
