Senior TMC leader Derek O’Brien has questioned the CBI about the status of the charge-sheet in the RG Kar hospital rape-murder case. The TMC has been urging the CBI to file the charge-sheet promptly. The Calcutta High Court had transferred the investigation from Kolkata Police to the CBI in August, following the arrest of a civic volunteer as the main accused.
