Not a CA but sharing my understanding. Approach suggested by @Chandragupta would provide raw estimate because CF statement will club the paid amount with usual capex, if management wants it to be ambiguous. A transparent management will mention it explicitly in MDA or chairman letter. You may search the AR with the subsidiary name to walk through every disclosure. Also, check the notes of results after acquisition as well as conference call.
