I have seen the pattern a lot lately in small caps. Stock is sometimes an excellent buy but it is pushed down for some reason just before start of rally. Maybe operators trying to get retail out to get better valuations.
Still a good rule of thumb if you like the fundamentals and the general direction of buisness good time to accumulate.
