NH is on my radar for last six months, but I always felt that, it will face heavy competition from other organized and listed players with Low Debt than NHL. With ever increasing population, it seems evident that, this sector would do well but high working capital, regular capex and moderate debt on the balance sheet may put pressure on margins and hence EPS growth.
As you rightly said, in spite of these personal views, sector is doing well and NH has also created wealth for investors.
Sometimes, we may not like few sectors and businesses, but they can create wealth. As an investor we should focus on “What we understand” and sometimes have to leave some stocks.
