Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar has called on Vokkaliga religious leaders to address the alleged obscene remarks made by BJP MLA Munirathna Naidu against women from their community. Naidu, who was arrested for slurs and bribery charges, has denied the allegations and accused Shivakumar’s family of political vendetta.
