President Droupadi Murmu has appointed Atishi as the new chief minister of Delhi, following Arvind Kejriwal’s resignation. The oath ceremony is scheduled for September 21, 2024. The new council of ministers includes Gopal Rai, Kailash Gahlot, Saurabh Bharadwaj, Imran Hussain, and Mukesh Ahlawat. Kejriwal resigned amid corruption allegations.
