Does anyone know the current status of the Environmental Clearance applied for by Indo Asia Copper Ltd.? Its the subsidary which would house the new ventures as outlined by M Kiri in the latest concall.
While outwardly the promoter seems to be making the right noises and raising substanial money into the company through warrants and loan but one cant find the present EC status… There was a negative newsarticle as well on the day of the public meeting for grant of EC at the proposed site (in March 2024) still I found it strange that out of all the querists following the company no one raised any query in the post results concall of Q4 and Q1 w.r.t to this misstep…
Mr. Kiri has stated in the concall of having invested in a stellar top management to plan for the copper and fertilizer business but yet, he is unable to procure EC timely… nor was this informed to the bourses (okay not a material event) but in the concall this should have been addressed no?
If someone has any input on the same, will be grateful…
