West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose has requested Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to provide a report on how the state used Rs 1.17 lakh crore of central funds in the 2023-24 fiscal. Concerns were raised about fiscal management and the absence of several Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) reports being tabled in the state assembly.
