Diffusion Engineers shares will debut on the exchanges on Friday. The company’s shares were trading with a GMP of Rs 58 in the unlisted market. The IPO had a strong response with nearly 115 times subscription. Proceeds will be used for expansion and other purposes. Revenue and net profit saw significant growth in financial year 2024.
