Opposition MPs walked out of a joint committee meeting on the Waqf Bill, citing derogatory remarks by a BJP member. They rejoined the meeting after an hour. BJP members accused the opposition of abusing the committee chairman. This was the second consecutive day of such disagreements in the meetings.
