Engineer Rashid accused Farooq and Omar Abdullah of colluding with PM Modi on the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. Rashid claimed that Modi consulted the Abdullahs, calling the process ‘match-fixing.’ He also alleged that the BJP assisted the National Conference in regaining power. Rashid has a contentious past, having been arrested multiple times under various charges, but currently serves as an MP.
