Sold entire SRG housing finance today, now sitting on lot of cash.
Earlier in the con-call Mr Jain once said “12% spread to chahiye hi chahiye”
Now in Aug 2024 presentation they are saying “Interest rate 15% to 26%” in product offering.
15% interest rate makes it spread of just 4%, so this compromise in strategy to go below 12% spread goes against my initial thesis.
Clearly there seems to be increasing competitive pressure on business growth.
