Ashish Kacholia, others invest Rs 48 crore in Quadrant Future Tek’s pre-IPO round
In a public announcement on October 26, 2024, the company reported that, in coordination with its lead bankers, it issued 2,000,000 equity shares to individual and institutional investors at Rs 240 per share (including a premium of Rs 230), raising a total of Rs 48 crore.
