Niva Bupa Healthcare to launch Rs 2,200 crore IPO on November 7. Check details
Niva Bupa Healthcare's IPO will open for subscription from November 7 to 11. The company plans to raise Rs 800 crore through a fresh equity sale and Rs 1400 crore via an offer for sale. Proceeds will be used to strengthen its capital base. Niva Bupa uses advanced technology to detect fraudulent claims and is India's third largest SAHI.
