POKARNA: United States Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) has announced the final results for its second administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on quartz surfaces.
The Commerce has confirmed that Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited (PESL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the review period from June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023.
Accordingly, PESL’s final anti-dumping duty rate for the aforementioned period is 0%.
