JPC Chairman’s visit over Waqf row is politically motivated, says Karnataka Deputy CM Shivakumar
Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar criticized the visit of Jagadambika Pal, Chairman of the Joint Committee of Parliament on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, calling it politically motivated. Shivakumar accused Pal of engaging in political propaganda and stated that only BJP members were present, contradicting the notion of a joint parliamentary committee.
