This follows the company’s shareholder approval on September 12, 2024, for the issuance of equity shares on a preferential basis. On October 8, 2024, V-Marc India’s Board of Directors approved the allotment of 16,35,000 equity shares at Rs 286.44 per share, totaling approximately Rs 46.83 crore.

The Kerala Assembly reprimanded four opposition UDF MLAs for breaching legislative privileges. This followed a heated protest involving derogatory slogans and disruption in the House. Housing sales declined 5 per cent in the July-September quarter across the top eight cities due to a fall in new supply and sharp appreciation in prices, according to PropTiger. Real estate brokerage platform PropTiger.com, which is part of Australia’s REA group that owns Housing.com, on Tuesday, released its report ‘Real Insight’ on India’s residential market. A total of 96,544 units were sold in July-September, down 5 per cent from 1,01,221 units sold during the same period in 2023.
