Easy Trip Planners (Easemytrip) – An outlier in OTA (20-09-2024)
Whatever they do to please investors and QIB’s no body is going to rerate the company due to management activities, foolish board members ( Who can’t oppose the 100 Cr investment in building hotel). I believe some money laundering is also happening in the company in the form of these undisclosed (value) small acquisition’s.
Nobody knows how much these small investment companies are contributing to the top & bottom line. Yolo contribution is also unknown.
I bet that their QIP (1000 Cr) would be most unsuccessful QIP in the history.
They keep on diluting the equity to fullfill their person wishes rather than business needs.

AK Purwar on how IIFL Finance navigated challenges of RBI Ban and planned for recovery (20-09-2024)
It is sometimes very disturbing. So, I used to feel very disturbed. But as a banker, if you ask me, I mean, my qualification is as a banker. So, as a banker, I used to feel very happy inside that we have very extremely professional regulator who would not let go a thing unless and until they have more than 200% satisfied themselves on whether the rectifications have been properly carried out, number one. Number two, whether those rectifications will sustain over a long period of time. And number three, that the organisation has learned its lessons.
