there are may services in ondc …it will benefit sellers as well as buyers on cost of service,which can drive business to a scale…even i can see friends are aware of ondc n using it…it will take time for adoption

@Bhavyesh_Solanki I have written about this earlier also. A direct comparison with the index may not be very helpful; it is better to compare with NAV of some mutual fund based on this index.
There is a MF offered by Motilal Oswal with this underlying index.
I started to calculate NAV of this pf since 9th of May this year. Comparing the NAV change of this pf and the NAV change of Motilal Oswal MF, I find that this pf has underperformed. Motilal Oswal has returned 20% in three months while this pf has returned 14.4%. Motilal Oswal has indicated a CAGR of 69.1% for their MF since July 3rd 2023. The XIRR (not CAGR, as there is periodic cash inflow and outflow) of this pf since November 2022 is 78.3%.
I believe this pf can give a few % points more than index over longer periods of time.

Yes it wont replace but still the number of transactions there are growing. Its not just about replacing these established apps its more like these apps themselves will get listed on ONDC to offer interoperable services. If you see Namma Yatri has seen a lot of good traction which is completely operated on ONDC apart from that all other apps are just going to use ONDC as a complementary platform.

Zomato – Should you order? (08-08-2024)
This is the kind of argument we used to have 2 years back. Quick comments have clearly proven these wrong, there is clear market for quick commerce apps.
I think it is really difficult to estimate the market size. I see zomato growing its revenue in 2 ways first the market (food and dining) itself will expand. As GDP per capita increases share of expenses on food and dining will increase. Another is that zomato will eat the share of dine this has already happened in tier 1 cities and slowly seeing this in tier 2 cities as well.
