Equity + Warrant dilution of around 20% .
They have received the firepower for their expansion but equity is heavily diluted.
Another issue is the investment in their gautemala company , which is a nil revenue compnay.
Need to watch to see now if the plans materialize or not.

They had not grown YOY but they come up with this weird ‘Consolidated’ vs ‘Standalone’ comparison to show that they have grown, this is inexplicable and why are they even doing these things!
The MD also mentions about the contract again about which he had already informed in the previous concall.

Hi Everyone,
I am seeing lot of negative commentry here. Here is my viewpoint.
- This management is one of the most honest management in India. This is rear breed in India.
- With Orissa park, they will start making close to 200Cr profits every year. This money should be enough to open one park every year.
- I see in next 5-6 years this company should start making close to 500+ crore profit. Which will be 7-8 P/E, which will be dirt cheap.
