I attended but my connection was not stable, I think they removed royalty free(not 100% sure) and promised good corporate governance practice.

Glenmark Life Sciences (03-08-2024)
The GLS plant in Ankleshwar is in industrial Area its not in civil or population Area, and surrounded by other industries and empty land marked for other industries. My understanding is that Nirma or Earlier Glenmark Pharma has substantial hold/ link in Gujarat Govt or Politics which can easily influence GSPC officials not to pursue plant closure vigorously but to take care of corrective steps. GLS management has also taken proactive steps for future. So matter can be treated as deemed resolved. Which may be formally announced after 20/30 days. Otherwise when Dr Rawjee stated that Ankleshwar Plant gives 65 percent share in production the stock might had till now reached 500 but it jump upward after concall. So Donot bother about this issue its already discounted. And its also a good learning lesson for management in future as this issue has put their reputation at stake,

Seems like a fine mix to me
There are core companies and there are some possible compounders.
Sectoral spread is also decent with a good mix of all Finance – Banks and Allied, IT-Tech, Utilities/Energy, Defence, FMCG, Pharma, Chemical, Engineering and Materials, Auto and Auto Ancillaries.
Marjorly around Large and Mid Caps … In future if the market corrects, you could consider adding some small caps as well … for the extra Alpha for the portfolio given that you are looking at long term horizon with 10 years or more.

Bull therapy 101-thread for technical analysis with the fundamentals (03-08-2024)
@phreakv6 – I know you recently sold your holdings in Sharda Motor Corp but was wondering if you still tracked its recent results. If yes, would appreciate your views on it. Since its spectacular run up, the valuation gap seems to be closed to an extent for the time being. However, from a technical perspective, it seems to be consolidating in a range at 10DMA and 20 DMA with low volumes, which might be a good thing.

Eris Lifesciences – 100% of sales from India Pharma Market (03-08-2024)
Eris Life’s abilities to integrate and turnaround the acquisitions are really really commendable. The kind of margin improvements seen across the acquired brands / companies post acquisition are just eye popping. They did the same with Oaknet Pharma a couple of yrs ago
I think ( personal opinion ), the management can drive a lot of shareholder value in medium term
Another company ( IMHO ) that’s on a similar path is Mankind Pharma ( post the BSV ltd’s acquisition ). Here too, the chances of a successful turnaround are great
Disc : holding both, biased, not SEBI registered , not a buy / sell recommendation
