With supposedly negative news of “Coalition government at center”, “Budget with increase in Capital gains tax” there are no effect on runup of stock prices. Being a value investor at core, looking at average PEs of many industries above 40, just doesnt seem right. Are we in the “Euphoria phase”? Or the Euphoria phase is yet to come?

• Green RTM market is a new product and filed with CERC for the approval
• Remember CERC had directed National Load Despatch Center (NLDC) to undertake further simulation study of the RTM market with state market (URS) and see if any major benefit on price and volume were seen in the short term market.
