A company is done with capex and from hereon they will be generating good volumes…can we call this as operating leverage?
Most of the resorts are seasonal and impacted by weather. Having asset heavy structure, more direct manpower will increase cost to the books, which is round the year cost!. Seasonal resort with outsourcing model is more cost competitive and have higher margin as it offset seasonality.
Rapid growth of tents, without evaluating much about cost and profit model and learning from the past operational tents about hits and misses will provide more inputs for future tents opening but it seems Praveg is going very rapdily by dilutig equity and drastical reduction in EPS
The kind of valuation Praveg is getting does not leave any margin of safety.
Goodpart, Incred will have some say in deciding pricing now and i would be surprised if price goes below 38-40 now, here on OYO fundamentals and P&L of the company will dictate pricing. Time to average was between 32-34 and now.
Disc : Invested and increased position.

Hi Amit. Kind words.
I’m still refining the structure of this tracker. I can send you a weekly email with the updated tracker though if you want. Please DM your email.

This is good.
However, in row 86 in “Financial statement” tab, note that interest tax shield need not be deduced separately while calculating FCFF because interest is already added back in CFO calculation (you can verify this in firm annual report). So, since you are not getting a tax break on interest expense in CFO, you need not subtract this explicitly in your calculations. This would lead to double counting.
Sent you the google meet link, if you can join.
Or wait I am comparing the formula with your last shared working list.
Sorry @Anand_Jain still not clear. I had applied my correct cell references. The error I am getting is not related to cell references. It is about the formula itself; I am missing something.
