There is a 5 minute interview from march 24 in YouTube . Basically they have orders worth more than 900 crores and they have capacity to increase production multifold without capex unless they go into larger products . There is clear chance of operating leverage playing out over next few quarters . The company is old and well known and their guidance is usually accurate .
There is of-course the possibility that market has priced it in …but I bought at 1000 and generally during a time when lots of Smallcaps had retraced a lot ,this one did not ,showing relative strength .

One need to consider the forced selling by ETFs and MFs those track Nifty 50.
I don’t know at what price it will list, but I’m pretty sure of selling. The valuation comparison among the hotel Industry after listing is a good exercise for entry.

It’s written CONCOR ( Container Corporation of India ) will be the biggest beneficiary and not Concord Control.
Generative AI- Boon or Bane for Indian IT Companies? (25-11-2024)
I think GenAI is set to reshape the IT industry in ways we’ve never seen before. For smaller IT companies, it’s a game-changer. With automation taking over repetitive tasks, these firms can operate more efficiently, offer highly customized solutions, and compete with the big players without needing massive manpower or budgets. It levels the playing field, giving them a real shot at capturing market share and carving out niches where agility and innovation matter most.
For giants like TCS and Infosys, though, I see a storm brewing. These companies have relied heavily on legacy services and workforce-intensive projects for decades, but GenAI is disrupting that model. Automation will shrink the demand for traditional outsourcing, and clients may start keeping tasks in-house with the help of AI tools. Plus, with smaller players able to deliver competitive services at lower costs, the pricing power of these giants will inevitably take a hit.
In my view, the big IT firms need to act fast. They’ll have to re-skill their massive workforces to align with this AI-driven world, develop proprietary GenAI solutions to differentiate themselves, and pivot toward consulting and strategy roles where human expertise still has an edge. The future of IT is no longer just about scale—it’s about adaptability and innovation. Those who embrace this shift will thrive, and those who don’t could find themselves left behind.

ITC: “Will”(s) “Gold Flake” assist “Ashirwad” to win “Bingo!”? (25-11-2024)
It’s a luxurious presentation. Being a part owner (shareholder) of such luxurious destination properties, is only a feel good factor.
For financial feel good factor – post listing performance needs to be considered.
With capital structure of approx. 210 Crore shares in ITC Hotels (once listed) … considering the current operational & financial performance, and ongoing optimism in Hotel Industry – what could be the potential market cap of listed ITC hotels.
Any Thoughts from fellow shareholders.

Jupiter Wagons Ltd (previously CEBBCO) (25-11-2024)
This gives a broader perspective on how the freight wagon demand can go up AND might eventually boost business for wagon manufacturing companies in my opinion.

Well this complete thread does give a motivation to start.
But would be helpful if you had given exit criteria as well to get such low turnover.
Also, have you thought over “being on cash” part you mentioned as advantage over mutual fund?
Capacit’e Infraprojects (25-11-2024)
Hi All,
Seems like not much traction here recently. I think many contractor businesses have been doing well & should keep doing well over the next many quarters. Capacite has good reputation & has been gaining orders from multiple states & real estate developers. Revenue to order book is strong >4 times & has been executing well since over a year now. Good capex support from both govt & private, good order book to revenue ratio maintenance & reasonable valuations have been supporting the stock rallies so far. Of course it’s a highly cyclical & risky space but the management seems very competent, hungry & transparent. Which makes a good cocktail with infra upswing.
