As per value of PGInvIT’s equity holding, Total value = 11091+1513+6836+6298+4038 = 29776 millions = 2977 Cr.
NAV/share = 2977/91 = Rs 32
And thats wrong. I think both the methods are wrong.

I personally believe as pe rating is not in our hand just stay invested a slow compounder is much better than a wealth destroyer
This is quite helpful. The company is delivering good results and the results are quite good. I am only concerned that it usually trades at low PE. I guess if there is some rerating and some Institutional investors get in there is a chance of PE expansion.

@Rajesh_Singh Sir, can you share your view point for Max India? what made you put into a decadal trend? Per my view yes they are build homes with a focus on senior care but
I see they have launched Max Antara and a friend of mine is a channel partnre for the same. The starting price is 4cr in Gurugram and they have already delivered one project in Dehradun

Not sure that depicts the right NAV. One would need to total the equity share of pginvit for each of the assets and then divide that by number of units i.e. total of last column in the table above. I think that should give a different number.
I am subscribed to Intelsense @basumallick Long Term strategy for past 2 years and very satisfied with the overall outcome. I have some spare cash and was thinking whether to deploy in the same strategy or should check some other Intelsense strategy.I am a long term investor (from 2010) and do not bother short term market fluctuations.
Request suggestion from any VP member who is invested to Intelsense LT and any other plan (e.g. Q10, Q30, Quivr etc).
What was the rationale behind choosing another plan? Do you keep a separate trading account to maintain two strategies? Given these strategy may have short term trades (and attracts CG tax) what average return did you get?
