My view is to get good returns first step is to get industry tailwind in favour .In that if we can get some competitive edge then the probability of getting good returns improves drastically .
My short Top of mind investment thesis for Hi Green :
Industry Tailwind -Higreen trully operates in a circular economy as they get 3 products from waste with zero liquid and solid discharge .The industry will shift from slowly from 100% Vcb to Rcb in slow and steady manner .
Competive edge /Right to win :
1)Technology / capex cost (which is an edge for the group) incurred is only 40-50 cr for a 100 KLPD plant compared to outside India (leaving china ) at 180-200 cr per 100 klpd
2)Have got approval for 2 more plants .One in Dhule and another in MP .Both should be operational in a years time .Hence capacity expansion is 3X in 1 years time .
As and when the manufacturing kicks starts ,operating leverage should kick in ,lets see

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited: Powering Ahead (23-04-2024)
It’s an interesting point considering that both Exide and Amara have traded at the same multiples historically. Amara has just closed gap with its 10 years average multiple.
Considering duopoly structure of the market and not much difference on the other parameters between the two companies (quality and ambition of management, technology, execution ability, capital access etc), Amara should also trade at similar multiple to Exide. That means stock could hit 1500 in the near term.

I am not sure how to analyse volumes but observed This pattern since December-23. At any day i checked, there are more buyers through out trading time (9.15 to 3.30pm)…Observed it for 5 months now.
Its journey is, oneway, southward only. I think promoter selling explains it. Exited small position in January. I am a bit sceptinc on a logistic sector as a whole.

Zomato – Should you order? (23-04-2024)
As a customer, i am not happy with Blinkit. I ordered 7 items and items was delivered in sealed bag. However, one item was missing despite paying delivery fees of Rs 9. There is no customer care executive to call, they are asking us to email the issue. However, since item was of low value (Rs 20), i feel writing email to Blinkit is Hassle/hurdle or not a good customer service. So i am not inclined to use Blinkit again.
