Wondering what would stop someone to take the data from Tracxn through memberships, re-format the data and present on a different website at lesser cost. I am not saying this may be happening in the case of your friend’s company but this example you gave projected this thought.

Adding my thoughts on the Noida-based manufacturing firm in the Electronic Manufacturing Space (EMS) that is now popularly known as India’s Foxconn globally.
Almost every major electronics equipment manufacturer (think Apple, Samsung for smartphone producer, or Google in Television), are either in talks or have inked deals for manufacturing in this space.
They are present in 9 verticals – LED bulbs, Televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, security surveillance among others. They have over 17 manufacturing factories and 3 R&D labs to build and grow their business. Another 6 are in pipeline which gives it enough capacity to grow.
Their current deals with Google, Xiaomi, Panasonic are all helping it grow its own R&D through series of joint development programs. It is also entering the new high-margin areas like drones, Electric Vehicles etc.
The fundamentals of this company are strong and are expected to rise with the new Capex investments in improving capacity and streamlining operations. However, it has grown by 260% already in last one year which creates a skepticism in the market growth.
Based on my valuation models, there is only limited upside left to grow for Dixon based on current forecasts. Once new earnings come, another re-rating can be done.

How can I check if possible can you explain
I have one of my friend working in some small startup working on same idea, but he says the revenue growth like his company with a total employee strength of 150 people within 4 years of business is profitable as well as doing revenue of 80 cr same as tracxn and they cater mostly to US and Europe markets and are growing more than 15 to 16 percent on yearly basis but if you see tracxn which is in business for more than 11 years have a very poor revenue growth with employee strength of more than 500 people ,any thoughts on this
Is it right price to enter this stock since its near to its IPO price?

That is from the dilution of equity due to ESOPs given to employees, as I understand.
Backward and Forward Integration is possible in Industries. There are “N” number of reasons, but most important part of any acquisition is integration of business and manpower to adopt the whole thing and move forward. One of the small, listed player in stock market and another one giant name in Hollywood!!! Interesting Case study!!!
If only these number would come to play.
We can expect that, but nothing is certain.
