The huge investment required for these TOT (toll opt transfer) packages ensures only well established and professional players mostly MNC /Funds would participate in Bidding.
These huge incomers wouldnt like to go with small/newer plyers with lesser experience as this would impact their start and overall biz plan, they would need a solid and reliable player who can handle operations domestically- my thoughts.

The calculation for the Tata chemicals stake in Tata sons is wrong.
3% of 800,000 is 24k. Here 800,000 is the discounted value of Tata sons.
So 24k should be the post discounted value of Tata chemicals holding in Tata sons. The table discounts it again by 50%.

look on 5 year returns , money is made by holding not buying and selling

It says the same as I illustrated in my previous post.

Further to that, what I believe is that the matter is in supreme court, like new India we have new supreme court, who is not known to drag the matter under current CJI, example is ram mandir, electoral bond etc. So there won’t be an escape for hospitals & Government.

It seems CGHS rates won’t be applicable however there will be more transparency in rate and billing etc. This may impact profitability of hospitals for sure – is my loud thinking.

Disc: Holding a small portion of HCG, recently trimmed. Am pathetically wrong in the current bull run hence take this as ill advice.
