sir i am a govt employee(doctor). As there are lot of talks about position sizing but we as salaried class dont have enough money in hand to deploy at once. By the time next salary comes, the stock we have entered already have given runup then how to go big in one stock…i ended up buying more no. stocks like this as same stock(entered before) becomes overvalued. How to solve this dilemma. what are ur views on this?

Do family issues impact earnings growth?
Will it stop people from buying Raymond?
Will it increase the debt?
Will it hinder day-to-day operations?
Will it cause any monetary loss to the company, apart from a few shareholding pattern changes?
If the answer to most of these questions is a NO then why trade at a 7-odd PE when the company’s median PE is 12-14?
I don’t think this low valuation will sustain for long.

It is normal for senior people to move for many reasons. Intriguingly, they have not been allowed to serve their notice period. Usually, senior management has 3-month or more notice period to ensure smooth transitions. Maybe in the conference call management can talk about it. D-invested.
