Nestle India stocks will be in focus after its MD Suresh Narayanan on Wednesday said that the company is planning to re-launch it popular instant noodles brand Maggi in the country by the end of the year if it gets a go ahead from the Bombay High Court.
The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty opened in negative terrain on Thursday following weak global cues. At 9.24 am, Sensex was down 351.98 points at 25,367.60. Similarly, Nifty was down 116.60 points at 7,702.00 during the same time.

Bharti Airtel: Telecom major Bharti Airtel and Malaysia-based Axiata Group have begun talks to merge their operations in Bangladesh to create the second-largest operator in that country.
Telecom companies: The stocks of telcos companies will be in focus as the union cabinet on Wednesday approved guidelines on spectrum trading.
Grasim Industries: The company on Wednesday had said that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the amalgamation of Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) with Grasim Industries.
Steel: Stocks of the steel companies will be in focus after Director General of Safeguards (DGS) recommended imposition of a provisional safeguard duty of 20 per cent on certain category of imports with a view to protect domestic producers from surge in imports.
Tata Steel: Tata Steel on Wednesday said production of coke has started at its Kalinganagar project in Odisha and it is set for commissioning of the first phase of its 3 million tonne steel plant.
Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers: The company’s stocks will make its debut on the bourses.
