Yes, I am still surprised by the valuations of whole lot of companies in the market. I always feel that the valuations are superficial. I always find it hard to digest the valuations of companies like Apple, but it kept on pushing the limits and surprised me. I still cannot fathom how can one comfortably take new positions at those absurd market caps.

Basic issue with this company is that their per product revenue will likely be low (may be because of non-critical nature of products) and in many products there isn’t much margins to be made. So, company has to continuously develop products to keep growing revenues. This seems like a tall task as with NPD comes validation, delays, etc. It works best when revenue opportunities are large, not when tiny.

Only one correction here – On initial notes of concall – company said that L1 is 3550 Cr. However, later MD, Mr. Gupta rectified it by saying that L1 of 3550 Cr. includes received order of 850 Cr. So actual L1 is 2700 Cr
