Promoter sold 70,000 shares worth 20 crores on 30.10.2023 and 31.10.2023.
What is interesting is even though the promoters sold almost one percent of the equity through open market sale, there was no downside due to selling. Looks like some big investor/investors have entered around@2800 through block deals. Will be interesting to see in next shareholding pattern that who has entered.

Sir, if one were to focus more on the price movement and not give much importance to the fundamentals, or not give any importance at all, as the holding period is shorter, whose works have to be studied? Like Buffett, Lynch who exist for FA, who exist for non-FA?
And in those works which you have read, are there any concepts that have lost relevance, and are not applicable in this day and age? On the same note sir, have you found anything changing in the behavior of the markets, with the increasing use of tech like automation, AI etc?
I ask this because, from what I know, you must have started with FA, and had a long term PF, found TA after FA, moved to more short term bets, taking bigger positions with technofunda approach.
Thank you.

Gabriel India Ltd. – Shock free ride? (01-11-2023)
Growth and margin improvement are happening at the same time. If the management is able to deliver on the double digit margin with growth, stock can trade in four digits in a favorable market. Currently the company is on track aided by the strong positioning in the UV + EV and the after market segments.
Cheers to the management for the efforts.
Disc: invested.

It is difficult to say exactly why DB is getting a premium from market over Jagran. Might be that there are elections in states where market is dominated by DB (mp, CG, rajasthan) and the same is being factored in the prices. Also, DB were able to recover their sales much quickly post Covid and hve maintained the momentum.
I was looking at jagran some time back and saw significant pledging of promoters share. Don’t know how much pledge is there right now but you might want to check that. A lot of jagran earnings are from their investments and net profit percentage from only their core businesses might be compared with DB to gain sone other insights.
Overall i think DB has been much aggressive and relatively more successful in pursuing organic growth and the same is being factored in by market.
Of course I could be completely wrong so please do your own due diligence.
