So recently that had done a Private equity placement with the 360 One Funds, @Rs.235/share for 475Cr. (Link)
Since the IPO is a Fresh Issue for Rs.3500Cr, and assuming same valuation of Rs.235, this will be for 14.89Cr shares. But I suspect this might be at a higher valuation. Current equity is 98.88Cr, this will be a ~15% equity dilution. This also pushes Aegis equity stake below 50%.
An investment of Rs. 10,000 in Aditya Vision 5 years ago, with a CAGR of 179%, would have grown to approximately Rs 17 lakh.
Can it continue to give such growth?
Company is targeting to grow at 20-25% Revenue CAGR over the next 3 – 5 years

I have been invested and tracking this company for last few months.
I have met & spoke with the promoter during last AGM.
Few points i would like to add here.
Promoter is technocrat and a honest person, he knew every micro details about his company especially manufacturing / shop floor.
This company have multi disciplinary capabilities, it requires several years of research and knowledge for setting up a company with same capabilities.
This company can easily pivot existing capabilities to enter into new segments. For example they manufacture motors for the Lab automation equipment’s ,these small motors can be used for Drones with some improvements or tweaking. Scaling up of revenue beyond 100 cr will depend on how they successfully scale up new segments.
Manufacturing & operations is their core strength while marketing is currently zero ,they need to setup a team for marketing, initially it will drag down the margins before it improve with growing revenue.
