Tracking PAT closely. They have target to achieve around 140 cr of revenue for FY16. Also have ambitious target of 200 cr for FY17. But order inflows are little slow. When capex cycle turn positive strongly, hope order book will grow faster. Registering co in few countries especially gulf. I think bcz of lower crude price, few projects are delayed and so the order book growth.
i clarified..hopefully now am clear. Yes, whatever is the circuit limit at sep 30 is what decides the quarterly gap. the quaterly/montly/weekly caps are increased if the circuit limit is increased but if the circuit is revised downwards, the price does not go down, it just does not move up. but in any case the stock cannot go up more than 400% in a year and this sucks
A very basic question regarding Return on Capital Employed.... using the standard accounting definition of ROCE = EBIT/(Total Assets - Current Liabilities) I tried to compute the ROCE for Asian Paints (consolidated statement) as follows:
But Screener shows RoCE for Asian Paints as 60% (screenshot attached)
Can any one help me in understanding the difference in computation between my computed figures and that present on Screener, or help identify where I am going wrong....

Company used to report order book sizes, but it stopped in the recent quarters. But, theres nothing to worry as I have learnt the order book is growing gradually and easily gives visibility for next 1 year.

K-12 schooling is highly regulated and no profit making entity is allowed to run K-12 school. Present promoters enter into the segment through circuitous route of management contracts and advances paid to schools. The decision was not correct in my view. In the latest filing promoters have specifically stated that they will not invest in any new venture in K-12 segment. This is the best that has come out today from the management. It amounts to accepting mistake by management.
Pre-school segment is profitable segment. It is good that management is leaving asset heavy K-12 segment. Losses are not very high- not even one year EBITA. Once this segment is exited, ROI shall increase. Further company shall have more surplus to expand more aggressively in pre-school segment.

@Nishanth, its very difficult to do so... for example you may want to keep yourself away from Tobacco/Cigarettes will that mean you will not Invest in LIC ? cause majority stake holder in ITC
is LIC.... i'm strictly vegetarian that doesn't mean or stops me to invest in poultry or Egg processing industry.. it's futile excerise....

Risedronate Sodium Tablets.
Aurobindo Pharma Limited announced that the company has received final approval from
the US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) to manufacture and market Risedronate Sodium TabletsUSP, 5 mg, 30 mg and 35 mg (ANDA 200296). This approval is an extension of tentative approval received on 10th October 2012.
This product is ready for launch.
The approved ANDA is bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to the reference listed drug product
(RLD) ACTONEL® Tablets of Warner Chilcott Co., LLC Risedronate Sodium Tablets are used in the treatment of Osteoporosis.
The approved product has an estimated market size of US$113 million for the twelve months ending October 2015 according to IMS.
Aurobindo now has a total of 219 ANDA approvals (191 Final approvals including 10 from Aurolife Pharma LLC and 28 Tentative approvals) from USFDA.
