You should start your own thread. Yours looks like a unique journey, and I have read your comments before, so if you can post even just your thoughts, there will be something that can be learnt. I have read threads where members have posted just their thoughts and perspectives, with no talk about stocks, but are helpful, even with the generation of an idea. Yours can be the same, more so when you have been doing for many years, and have experienced many things.
what does “px” means?
As far a i have read, Eco Recycling is not doing complete e-waste recycling process. After dismantling and shredding they sell the plastics , metals, … to some other companies . It can be a recycling company like Gravita which does smelting , but also to some other industries which i am not sure.
I dont know how they are giving EPR credits as they dont to complete recycling.
so what i could see here is, Eco recycling does collection service and nothing else. Not sure how they can sustain this margin for long time. Except riding the EPR wave nothing looks promising in this business.
Merger of GSPL with Gujrat Gas Ltd.(GGL)
Shareholders will be allotted 10 shares of GGL for every 13 shares held of GSPL. GSPL owns about 54% stake in GGL. Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited(GSPC) which owns 37% in GSPL will also be merged in GGL.
Transmission business of GSPL will be finally demerged into GSPL Transmission Limited (GTL) which will be subsequently listed on the stock exchange. Shareholders will be given 1 share of GTL for every 3 held in GGL.
