No idea on the VFX company for movie Armaan. In case of employees if you check EPFO websites the head count has come down by around 70 employees (approx 10%) when compared to Apr-Jun Quarter data. Hence these may be openings to fill such vacant positions

Very good result .
Very good growth on Cash flow 
Consolidated numbers looks a bit lower growth % than standalone bcos of employee cost at corporate level absorbed in consolidated.This should be taken as positive bcos they have order which is 7X of revenue hence employee cost to be front loaded as revenue will accrue over 2-3 years
I like their strategic approach to business .Their core is “Geo spatial “ that also India and public sector but they are extending the core to private sector and more important to ER&D and overseas. Hence if one analysis the revenue that way one would see a big derisking of business happening (which is reflected and will get reflected in segmental revenue )

Companies With First ever concalls OR Investor Presentations (12-11-2024)
I liked the investor presentation though. They are just at 30% capacity utilisation and already have Genus, HPL, Sintex and other smart meter companies as their clients. They are probably the sole rubber supplier to these companies. They have cracked 18/19 railway zones , MSRTC, Vande Bharat. That is a big achievement for such a small company.
Smart meter project will last till 2028. That means they have order visibility till then at least. Also if they get Gas Meters and Water meter contracts , sky can be limit for GRCL.
No wonder it is expensive at current fundamentals but future definitely looks bright.

Last Year Festive period was split between October and November, this year it is all in October except for Gujarati New Year (dispatch for which would have happened in October anyway).

Endorse your views here, my 50% PF is concentrated in top 4-5 bets, maximum 12 stocks. Buy very small new positions and track them, sell it if any grey area is found else keep it. Increase in position while stock is rising is most scaring for me unless future growth is clearly visible.
