Seems to be because of the rights shares issued during the Q4, there was no promoter selling reported by company. However more clarity will come once the Q4 Share holding is issued.

I agree with you. EVs work better on scooters than bikes simply due to space constraints and that’s where TVS will have some advantage there.

I thought it was a little hardcore to be honest, who has the time after all but as I slowly started following his advice my insight generation improved massively. Infact, most times you start looking at your “idea” only to find better ones as you analyse all other comparable companies.

To that effect I compiled some stats for ALL the 20 Listed players in the country.

Dear All, as previously mentioned by me that Shriram AMC was step down subsidiary of Shriram Finance, the same is not true. It is still owned by the promoters of Shriram Finance i.e. privately held. Also have taken confirmation from the CS that Shriram Credit (which holds Shriram AMC) is held by Shriram Investment Holdings Ltd.

With this development it warrants a 15-20% reduction in my position.
It however doesn’t change the broad thesis as I can see a lot of changes happening within the co be it hiring, distributors additions, Shriram Finance MD confirming their intent to grow this business and many changes elaborated earlier.
