Company opened 7 stores in the month of September. Overall guidance is to open 80 stores per year for the next 2 years. Looks like store expansion is on track.

National Peroxide (03-10-2023)
23rd Sep would be the last date of purchase, making a buyer eligible to get the demerged NPL Chemical Ltd shares. One can sell the holdco National Peroxide on or any date from 26th Sep and selling will not affect one’s chances of getting shares of the demerged entity.

I have been reading about goodluck india and the impact of warrants.
As per investopedia – Warrants represents rights to purchase a company stock at a specific price and at a specific date.
Here in this case goodluck promoters are also getting warrants at 600(near cmp).
I have heard that when a company issues warrant to promoters, then it is a positive sign.
I have few doubts here –
It feels that this settlement is very promoter friendly as when the price increases they get the profit ortherwise they don’t need to excercise it. Considering my understanding is correct, what is stopping the promoter to get warrants every year regularly(and exercise it based on profit) instead of only when business will do good in near future? It seems there is no negatives.

Hi,
I had one query. Would appreciate your answer
In theory to become eligible to get the stock of NPL chemicals what would be the last day to buy the stock? And after that date can we sell the main entity stock even though NPL chemicals is not listed yet?

Saregama India Ltd: India’s premier music publishing label (03-10-2023)
Yesterday saw the news that Saregama taking 51 percent in pocket aces for ~ 174 crore INR and will take remaining 41% stake in next 1 or 1.5 years.
I am interested in Saregama because they were investing heavily in localized music (and not just Hindi)
Now they are roughly putting 300 crore odd money into Video content business which is primarily targeted for Hindi speaking audiences.
How will this help Saregama except improve P&L statement by 10 or 15% directly?
I mean i know Pocket aces connects to a lot of youth but Saregama currently does not have a lot of new Hindi music right now and even if Saregama plans to acquire considerable Hindi music in next 3 years still pocket aces makes Video content.
What Saregama is trying here is a mystery to me.

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Ltd. – A coastal shipping story! (03-10-2023)
What I understand is any share bid below the discovered price of Rs 890 is considered valid for delisting purpose. These shares are also considered as deemed acceptance of Rs 400 offer if they do not withdraw during the current withdrawal process from 03 to 16th Oct.
Any shares bid above the discovered price of Rs 890 will be automatically returned back. However these are also eligible to be offered at Rs 400 buy back when the offer period starts from 11 to 17th Oct.
I will withdraw my offer and wait out this period. While the buyback seems to almost fail, the share price will rise when the dust settles down.

This QIP i have a feeling that there are expecting more orders which is why they want to raise capital. Very recently they said they want to eliminate all debt. Would be great if you could share what is the purpose of QIP funds.
But more importantly, I am keenly following orderbook. 4.9K at end of Q1 + this extra 1.5K from NTPC. Eager to see
a. Repayments (to alleviate debt)
b. Nigerian order
c. Reliance Orders
