See if you can compare the chart by putting in nifty levels below the stock price level and oil price level… Might be correlated more with overall mkts…

If I understand correctly, Vijay Kedia invested around Rs 5 crore into a preferential issue by the subsidiary ARAPL RAAS for 10% stake post-issue in Nov 2021. The shareholding pattern of the company is updated half-yearly, that is, Sept 2021 before March 2022, as it is SME-listed.
Q1results. Robust growth across all segments.
Disc: invested, biased.
Positive commentary despite all the other players facing demand headwinds.

Management didn’t utter a word about the cause of the incident and what they are going to do mitigate such risks in future. (If anything was said in the AGM please share, I am hoping someone will ask questions on this in Q1FY23 concall )
