After long find one post worth reading and answering to. The rest of the post doesn't deserve a response most of the case.

I disagree here. There are stories, you just need to dig deeper, read more ARs, listen more concalls.

I have absolutely no intention to create any new thread at vp. You are being irrationally optimistic here :stuck_out_tongue:, people here doesn't seems to be interested in new and interesting stories here, they are much more interested in following what they feel is due procedure. They not only believe in killing messenger, they even tore apart the message itself :stuck_out_tongue:. I concur, people have their right to to believe what they feel is "right"

The amount people spent in criticizing my post, could have been used to dug out 10 times more risks associated with the story itself. People here rather send me message, conveyed me via twitter, how disappointed with my behavior.

Please read through the feedback Cupid has got from females who have used them in Zimbabwe. It seems the product quality is excellent. The sponge in the condom seems to make a lot of difference. Very low rejection rate by those surveys.
If they are able to beat F2C in cost and quality there is a huge market to be captured. Lets hope for the best. This story is still on.

Thomas Cook India-Will it move like Warren Buffet Stock (03-12-2015)

Thomas Cook is now a holding company for all investments of Fairfax in this region. The premium for a holding company is low (ie discount from intrinsic value is higher than normal). How much value is added to the stock of Thom Cook after the IPO of Quess is anybody's guess as details are not available. I feel that we should wait and watch the developments before coming to any firm conclusion about moving out of the stock.

I agree. Deepak has potential triggers as the HDFC Sec report mentions (cheaper gas, higher availability of gas leading to greater utilization), plus any upside from pick up in mining activity. Even if the technical part does not play out, it is a safer bet.

Also, the subsidy receivables problem that plagues fertilizer companies, including better ones like Coromandel, is less accentuated in the case of Deepak.

The chart u mention in RCF has a narrow cup (ideally we want a rounding cup) and handle corrected more than 50%, something like 61.8% down to 45.5 before recovering.

Having said all that if and when the move comes about it will be a secular move in all companies. Something similar to sugar sector. And this is provided the move materialises. :grinning:

Many a times in these sectoral moves the more dirty and lagging companies tend to provide the maximum moves. But to be on safer side to avoid too much capital loss in case the thesis doesnt work out, it is better to stick to better quality companies.

I personally feel VP is getting too stringent now a days. I am from ted days and feel the starting signs of 'ted cycle' here. I totally understand the point of protecting small investors and so forth. I think VP should allow posters to have new section to just discuss stocks, which one don't know much and but would like here from others..

Thanks Hitesh for the detailed reply. I assumed a cup formation in RCF from 19 Aug 2015 to 1 Oct 2015. What is interesting is the abnormal volumes at the right end of the handle (on 27 Nov and 1 Dec). But I maybe wrong as I have just started on technical analysis.

Yes, on a quarterly results basis, RCF does lag other fertilizer companies. It also lacks the product premiums that Coromandel and Deepak enjoy.

Of course, and this threat is in almost every business now. E.g. Patanjali threat to decade and century old FMCG brands with very strong moat.
So, though I am bullish for long term, I am keeping my eyes and ears open. If there is a credible threat, one can sell the stock whenever it happens.
