Sachit ,how ENIL operates 2 or 3 channels in one city. Does all the ENIL channels in a city share the Radio Mirchi brand , how is the differentiation between the channels ? Or it operates under different names ?

I hope you have read my posts about the Company despite people arguing with me I was not convinced. I hope these guys exited at the right price. Only good companies, we can be passive as Fischer says but not with these kind of companies where we need to re visit our conviction often.
There are rumors in the market that Mr. SK Poddar and his son are not on good terms and succession planning of the company is at risk. Investors who are watching this company and have attended AGM can comment whether they have heard or seen any of this issue.

This is an old report, but the reason I have put it here is that the company Allegeny Finance was raided by the ED day before in connection with Robert Vadra.
Also, the fact that there are some companies which are clearly related to the promoters but not listed as promoters or acting in concert must be seen as a serious corporate governance issue.

Yes, given the fact that India has highest percentage of transformer failure of 15-20% where as in developed nations its 2%. Most of it is attribute to the low standards steel used. I believe gov. and or customer will wake up to this fact and take preventive action which simply means ordering from quality companies. I believe IMP Powers exports its product which may have good international quality.
I am yet to study the quality of the product of IMP.
